Booking Policies

• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer or card.
• For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• For bookings made up to or more than 60 days before arrival, a 10% discount applies to the total amount, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

This is a spacious, self-contained three-room apartment of 60 sq.m., with two separate bedrooms, ideal for family vacations. The apartment offers ample spaces and easy access via stairs from the beautiful courtyard area. Upon entering, you will find a cozy living-dining area with a large table, perfect for creating memorable family moments. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen, while a separate area houses the bathroom. The two main bedrooms, in independent spaces, provide absolute peace and relaxation.

The apartment is ideal for families seeking tranquility and serenity, with two balconies offering unique views of the blooming garden and mandarin orchards that fill the air with enchanting aromas, creating a magical and pleasant atmosphere.

First Bedroom:
